1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) Pacific Time will be processed the next day, including weekends. We ship orders 7 days a week to ensure fast fulfillment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • All orders are shipped exclusively via Canada Post.
  • Shipping is a flat rate and typically delivers within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

3. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is not available at this time.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cargocandlesupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@cargocandlesupply.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
  • After this time, your order may already be in the shipping queue and cannot be canceled.
